If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continuous use will indicate acceptance of such changes.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for your design projects. This includes content, logos, or any other relevant documentation. Please ensure that all submissions are appropriately licensed and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality and timelines of your projects, and we will not be liable for any delays arising from incomplete or incorrect materials provided. We recommend maintaining communication throughout the process to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
All graphics and designs created by YaJuine Graphics are the intellectual property of our agency until full payment is received. Upon completing the payment, you will receive the rights to use the designs as agreed upon. However, we retain the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed. It is important to understand that any modifications or unauthorized distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
